SKE48 works on Alternative for Handshake Events
The handshake events are among the most important events of the AKB48 Group Idol groups. The Japanese group SKE48 was looking for an alternative for the cancelled handshake events. The management of SKE48 is of the opinion that a fan meeting can be held despite the strictest hygiene requirements. SKE48 will hold a mixture of real and online meetings on 11 and 12 July 2020. Fans and members will face each other about 6m away and communicate via tablets. Due to hygiene regulations, only a limited number of fans from Aichi Prefecture will be able to attend the event.
