JKT48 new Single and only one Team

The COVID-19 pandemic with its hygiene guidelines hit all AKB48 Group groups differently. AKB48 Group’s Indonesian overseas group JKT48 has suffered significant financial losses and has been unable to keep many members. The JKT48 Operation Team (Dentsu Media Group Indonesia) has now announced radical changes. The current team system will be dissolved and the remaining 33 JKT48 members will be united in a single team. The individual teams will give their graduation performances from 11 to 14 March 2021. On 16 March, the new single titled “Darashinai ai shikata – Cara Ceroboh untuk Mencinta” will be released and on 20 March 2021, the new system will start with the “Renai Kinshi Jourei” performance.
