Seijin no Hi 2021: AKB48 Generation of Persevering
Traditionally, the coming of age celebration (Seijin no Hi) is usually held in the second week of January. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Japanese idol groups of the AKB48 Group celebrated the day separately this year, and then AKB48’s celebration had to be cancelled due to hygiene regulations. AKB48 made up for the coming of age celebration of 17 AKB48 members on 21 March 2021 at Kanda-Jinja.
The members of the 2021 AKB48 Generation of Perseverance are:
