Sato Mieko gave birth to a daughter

EX-SKE48 founding member Sato Mieko announced via Twitter on 10 May 2021 that she had given birth to her first daughter. She explained that she went into labor about four weeks early and doctors delivered the baby via C-section. The child was immediately taken to the premature baby ward and is healthy. Sato Mieko explained that she had cried with joy over the baby girl and now she will cry because of the pain of the wound.

ご報告🍀

実は、木曜日の夜から緊急入院をして、切迫早産の治療を続けてきましたが、昨日の夜、緊急帝王切開で2002グラムの小さな女の子を出産しました🥺つまり全てが想定外でした💦
早産のため、赤ちゃんはそのままNICUに入院となりますが、大きな問題はなく健康とのことでとりあえず安心しています
