AKB48 cancels Concert Weekend with Request Hour 2022
#AKB48 – The Japanese idol group has canceled the upcoming concert weekend and two following performances due to the new Corona variant. After AKB48 members Oguri Yui, Yamauchi Mizuki, Nagano Megumi and Oda Erina tested positive for COVID-19, AKB48 management has decided to cancel the 5 to 8 February 2022 performances for safety reasons. This particularly affects the two AKB48 Current/New Team concerts and the AKB48 Request Hour 2022.
