Hinatazaka46 switches to Senbatsu system. Shogenji Yoko new Center

#日向坂46 #日向坂46_11thシングル #正源司陽子 – The Japanese idol group Hinatazaka46 presented the formation of their new 11th single on 25 February 2024 during their vatrieté show “Hinatazaka de Aimashou”. The group is switching to a senbatsu system with this single, which means that only part of the group will perform the title song of the single. The rest of the group will be part of a subgroup, which will have its own song and its own short concert series. The integration of 4th Generation members into the senbatsu is also new. The structure for the 11th single is as follows:

For the three members Takase Mana, Takamoto Ayaka and Hamagishi Hiyori, the new structure is particularly disappointing, as during their Keyakizaka46 time they were part of the Hiragana Keyaki subgroup, from which Hinatazaka46 then emerged. Now, after five years, they are back in a subgroup, this time of Hinatazaka46. The three members of the 3rd Generation, who joined the group after the name change, were also assigned to the subgroup.

The single will be released on 10 April 2024, shortly after the 5th anniversary concert and the graduation concert of founding member Saito Kyoko. A teaser has been uploaded to YouTube.
