After the Japanese government asked all event and concert organizers on 26 February 2020 to refrain from and\/or postpone such events in the interest of public health because of the corona virus, the AKB48 Group has issued for all its Japanese groups AKB48<\/a>, AKB48 Team 8<\/a>, SKE48<\/a>, NMB48<\/a>, HKT48<\/a>, NGT48<\/a> and STU48<\/a> to close the theaters until 11 March 2020 and to refrain from concerts and events with an audience. NMB48 has also announced to postpone the concert Akarin Fez 2020<\/a>, which was scheduled to take place on 11 April 2020. When, how and if the events will take place will be announced by the groups at a later date.<\/p>\n
